No-Charge Cancellation (48+ Hours Notice) Clients may cancel a scheduled engineer visit up to 48 hours before the confirmed appointment time without incurring any charge. To cancel or reschedule the visit free of charge, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. 2. Late Cancellation Fee (Less than 48 Hours Notice) Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice (within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time) will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service or visit. This fee helps cover the costs of resource allocation, engineer scheduling, and lost potential revenue from other appointments that could have filled the slot. 3.
